Our Mission
At Osborne Excavation Inc., our mission is to provide professional excavation services with a small-town feel. In other words, we’re not a big corporation that does cheap work for more money and doesn’t actually care about their clients. We’re local stock, born and bred in the small towns of Oregon. We know the people here and their values, which we also share, like Quality, Experience, Expertise, Trust, and Family.
Corporate excavation companies may say they share those values, too, but they can’t say that they’re a part of the beautiful population of Oregon locals. We can. And we aim to always keep that spirit in the great work that we do, whether the project is residential or commercial.

Our History
Osborne Excavation Inc. dba Stan Russell Construction has been serving La Pine, Sunriver, Gilchrist, Chemult, Crescent, all of the Southern Deschutes County and Northern Klamath County areas since 1999. Our owner, Travis Osborne is a Licensed & Bonded General Contractor (CCB #210629, DEQ #39023) who serves the State of Oregon.

We are certified in ATT Standard Septic and Sand Filter Installation for Southern Deschutes County. We are also on the Approved Contractors List with MidState Electric and the Sunriver Homeowners Association.

He also works with an incredible team, who benefit directly from his decades of experience.
